I really liked this little place as it's super cozy, and so theres not a lot of space within the cafe but the coffee I had was nice (but not strong if you are looking for something more bold in espresso). Loved the cute cat stencil dusting of cocoa powder to stick with the theme.
I didnt try the food, but I can see this place as a nice area to just have a chat with a girlfriend and take it easy.
Main St. Unionville has long been known as a location for photoshoots exuding a serene, homely aura. But Main St. Markham has a more commercial vibe to it.
On this particular trip to Markham, we explored both Main St. Markham (for its Farmer's Market and interesting little shops) and Main St. Unionville (for the more independent shops it had to offer).
A short coffee/morning ice cream stop was made at It's The Cat's Meow Cafe just before lunch. The cat-themed cafe, decked out appropriately with kitten figures, plushies, and window stick-ons, was hidden just behind one of the tents of the Farmer's Market on Main St. Markham. It offered a wide variety of items, including lattes adorned with a cocoa powder feline face, decadent cakes, and ice cream from Kawartha Dairy.
